Our Biggest Sale Yet 2024
Discounts apply to items within the Biggest Sale Yet category only. Coupons and trade discounts are not valid against these sale items. Biggest Sale Yet starts Friday 15th March 2024, orders placed before this date can not be amended. Sale prices apply while stocks last. Sale ends 7th April 2024.
Coupons & Offers
Unless stated, coupons and offers including percentile discounts are not available for use in conjunction with any other offers including sale items and can be used only once per order.
Discounts or coupons may not be applied to orders that have already been placed.
Made to Order Items
For all items that are made to order, upon acceptance of your order we shall then place an order with our supplier/ manufacturer for the goods thereby entering into a contractual agreement with the supplier. As a condition to this agreement, we require payment at the time of purchase of the price of the goods. In each case 50% will be considered (the deposit) and should represent a genuine pre-estimate of our loss should you breach the contract.
You may cancel or request an exchange, without forfeiting the deposit, within 48 hours of placing your order. You may not cancel or exchange your order after 48 hours.
Lead times provided on Made to Order items are given as estimates and are subject to change at any stage throughout the production period.
If, after this period has elapsed, you do request cancellation or an exchange we will retain the full deposit/ amount paid and recover any additional losses that we suffer as a result of the cancellation or exchange request.
To notify us of your cancellation request you must do so by sending an email to sales@purewhitelines.com
We retain the right to cancel your order in the unlikely event that we are not able to place the order with our supplier. In these cases, we will refund the money paid in relation to the order and will not be required to pay any compensation.
Pre – Orders / Backorders
Products online listed as ‘Available for Pre-Order’ or ‘Add to basket (Backorder)’ are out of stock in our warehouse and on order with our manufacturers or suppliers. The item/s in question are either in production or en route to our warehouse. When the ordered stock arrives at our warehouse, the pre-orders / backorders will be shipped out immediately. Factors out of our control can very often affect the lead times of back-ordered items, customers must accept these terms before proceeding with the purchase of the goods. Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed. Pre-ordered items can be cancelled at any point before delivery is made. The customer will receive the funds back in the same form the order was originally paid.
Deliveries
Orders under £200 (including VAT) will be subject to a £5.99 postage fee, this does not apply to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Europe and ROW (please see below for further details).
